rim jumps - you hold your arm(s) above your head and jump up, reaching for an imaginary basketball hoop rim. - scissors - lunge on one side and then quickly transition into a lunge on your other leg by jumping. that is, switch legs by jumping in the air.

This begs the question...why the hell would I ever just do crunches?

.I love these type exercises because they actually fit my life style. I could actually hold my kids and do it at the same time..win, win!

I've had a baby, so, like after the 3rd jumping jack, does "mopping up my pee" count as part of the workout? Also: 120 squats. That's hilarious.

Chair Circuit (set an interval timer for 40 rounds of 30-seconds work and 10-seconds rest; repeat the following sequence five times: 1. step-ups right, 2. step-ups left, 3. elevated knee tucks, 4. alternating leg lifts, 5. elevated lunge jumps right, 6. elevated lunge jumps left, 7. triceps kick dips, 8. hanging knee raises)
