Goldfish Chicken Fingers! 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb of boneless chicken breast cut into strips. Mix 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, garlic powder and ground pepper. Dip strips into sour cream mixture and then cover in crushed cheddar flavored goldfish crackers!! Great with a kid friendly honey mustard: 1/4 cup of low-fat lemon yogurt and 1/4 cup of honey and 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard!! Enjoy!!!!
