The picture doesn't do these "cookies" justice!  Mash 1 banana & 1.5tbs honey. Mix 5tbs peanut butter. 2 Handful of oats, 2tbs of chia seeds in.   Put onto coconut oil greased pan with a tablespoon for size and shape. Add of cinnamon to each before baking. Bake 350 for 8-10 min or until brown.   Remove from oven, flatten with spatula and move to a separate dish and let cool. Texture and flavor of banana bread!
