Mashed Potatoes in a Crock Pot - life changing! This will simplify Thanksgiving dinner! One pinner said, "I dumped red potatoes in without cubing them. I omitted the warm milk and added 8 oz. of cream cheese, minced garlic and fresh chives. My family loved it!"

Potatoes in a Crock Pot - I just did this for Thanksgiving. It freed up my stovetop, and no dealing with boiling water. I peeled & cut them, put them in a pot of cold water on Tuesday night, drained and put them in the crockpot Thursday morning with chicken broth, and I mashed them with butter and milk just before the turkey was done. Great for all holiday meals.

Crock pot mashed potatoes...this has to go better than last time I tried to make them the normal way

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.
