'These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!'

Honey Roasted Carrots 8 peeled carrots 3 tbs olive oil 1/4 cup of honey salt and pepper to taste 1.Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F 2.Place the whole carrots into a baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix until the carrots are completely covered with olive oil. Pour on the honey, then season to taste with salt and pepper; mix until evenly coated. 3.Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, or cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 40 minutes
