Easiest breakfast in the world -- HOOTENANNY (Or Oven Pancake): Blend up 1 c. white flour, 1 c. milk, 6 eggs, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Then, pour 1/2 cube melted butter over the top (do not mix). Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut in pieces, drizzle with Maple Syrup, serve.
Idaho sunrise Breakfast (24oz) thawed hash browns, mix in 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbs oil and about 1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese. Put then in a well greased muffin tin, and make a well in the center. Bake at 425°F for 15-18 minutes, cover with foil if the edges appear to be getting too brown. lower oven to 350°F. Crack a medium egg into each “nest” n top with bacon bits, cheese and parsley flakes. Bake for about 13-16 minutes. Could also fill with beaten eggs n some spinach
