    Healthy No Bake Cookies. 1 ripe banana, mashed well 1 cup sugar ΒΌ cup cocoa powder Β½ cup nonfat milk Β½ cup peanut butter pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups instant oats Place all ingredients except the vanilla and oats in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat – stirring often. Boil for one minute; remove from heat, let cool for one minute. Add the vanilla and oats and stir well to combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool to room temperature.

healthy banana/oat cookie recipe. I adjusted the recipe a bit and just made these - they are very good! Here's what I used: muesli (with raisins, nuts, seeds), honey, vanilla greek yogurt, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon and mashed bananas.

Healthy cookie: no butter, no sugar, no eggs, no flour...will have to try making these with my little guy.
