Lena Burdette's Applesauce Cake ~ 2½C AP Flour • 2C Sugar • 1½t Baking Soda • 1½t Salt • 1t Cinnamon • 1/2t Allspice • ½t Cloves (can omit) • ½C Shortening (Butter is best) • ½C Water • 2 Eggs • 1 can Applesauce (16oz or >) • 1C Raisins • 1-2C Walnuts ~ Beat well all ingredients except raisins & walnuts, then add them to batter. Pour in a greased bundt pan (clay is best). Bake @ 350' for 1 hr. (It's ok to use the entire jar of applesauce, even if it is > 16oz)

Cinnamon Roll Cake ~ 3C AP Flour • ¼t Salt • 1C Sugar • 4t Baking Powder • 1½ C Milk • 2 Eggs • 2t Vanilla • ½C Butter, melted ~ Topping: 1C Butter, softened • 1C Brown Sugar • 2T Flour • 1T Cinnamon ~ Mix all ingreds but butter. Easy Earthquake Cake ~ ⅔C Sweetened Coconut; ⅔C Choc Chips; ½C Chopped Pecans (opt); German Choc Cake Mix; ⅓C Oil; 3 Eggs; 1⅓C Water; ½C Butter; 8oz Cream Cheese; 1lb (3¾C) Powdered Sugar ~ Grease 9x13" pan.
