Avocado Cucumber Tomato Salad Ingredients: ➡2 Avocados ➡1/4 cup Cilantro ➡1 Cucumber ➡1 medium Lemon ➡1/2 Red Onion ➡1 LB Roma Tomato ➡1 zucchini ➡1/8 tsp pepper ➡1 tsp salt ➡2 tbsp olive oil (optional) Cut up vegetables and herbs. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and squeeze lemon. Serves 2-3 Enjoy!
