    I am going to do this as a dog bed for Pepper..already took the old drawer out of my armoire and put her blanket in it..she laid right down :)...I have to go to home depot to buy some legs though...I had the idea before I came across this link

How very clever...take drawers out and pop in baskets then hang the drawers on the wall to act as little display shelves.

Repurposed Drawer Give new life to an old dresser or cabinetry drawer. Line the inside with pretty paper and use picture-hanging hardware to hang the drawer on the wall. This drawer has a handy built-in divider that doubles as a second shelf. Screw in a cup hook along the bottom of the "shelf" to hang items from.

You can find old file cabinets at second hand shops for dirt cheap; makes a cute book holder, no?

convert an old dresser drawer into a medicine cabinet that provides storage and style. Cut a plywood shelf to fit inside and nail it in place. Screw eye hooks into the bottom and thread a painted dowel rod through for a spot to hang towels. Line the back of the cabinet with patterned wallpaper or scrapbook paper glued in place. Mount the drawer on the wall with screws. AWESOME!
