Any burger is good without the meat if you have plenty of tasty guacamole, salsa or other sauce. This recipe looks yummy. Try Quinoa instead of millet. It cooks faster too.

California Roll Burger. Made it exactly as written and it was EXCELLENT. Don't let the scent of the fish sauce turn you off from using it. It gave the meat a perfect flavor! Didn't have any pickled ginger or masago, but will keep my eyes peeled for some because I think that would be the perfect finishing touch.
