A satisfying salad featuring warm whole grains, caramelized cauliflower, greens and avocado. This vegetarian salad will pack well for lunch!
Asparagus Farro Salad - Very tasty. Roasted the cut asparagus at 400 for 8min, omitted shallot from sauce in favor of garlic powder. Used walnuts instead of pecans, either would do well. Didn't use feta due to picky family, but it would defiantly enhance the flavor. A keeper, but maybe a tad too complicated for a weeknight.
