Mediterranean Quinoa Salad. I increased kalamatas and goat cheese, and subbed roasted red peppers for the tomatoes. Next time I'll increase the lemon and red onion.

Asparagus Farro Salad - Very tasty. Roasted the cut asparagus at 400 for 8min, omitted shallot from sauce in favor of garlic powder. Used walnuts instead of pecans, either would do well. Didn't use feta due to picky family, but it would defiantly enhance the flavor. A keeper, but maybe a tad too complicated for a weeknight.
