Monday/Tuesday: Lemon/Lime Water, 2 servings Fresh fruit, 1 serving almonds, 1 serving yogurt, herbal tea, unlimited veggies, 2 servings lean protein, 2 servings complex carbs + a dessert (fruit/yogurt/etc) Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: Fruit! Just fruit, as much as you want. Grill it, bake it, freeze it, smoothie it. (avocado/tomatoes are fruits). Saturday/Sunday: Repeat Monday and Tuesday.
