I don't count my sit up; I only start counting when it starts hurting because they're the only ones that count. No pain no gain.

i need to really start taking advice like this because until i do i will never look in the mirror and be happy and accept myself for me.  until i do i will always be looking at other women wishing i was them because they look fabulous and i am over weight, that is no way to live my life. until i do i won't be truly happy on the inside.
