Guided Reading Snapshot. This is a wonderful chart for teachers to use to assess students. It could be used at the beginning and the end of a unit to compare student's progress. While it would be time consuming to do individually with each student, it could be very beneficial to learn where students are at before choosing books for the school year. Reading Teacher, Reading Summary, Literacy Reading, Good Ideas, Reading Assessment, Reading Rubrics, Teacher Notebooks, Reading Students, Data Notebooks
