    Yoga mat love- after each practice, wipe the sweat off the surface of the mat using a damp cloth. Allow mat to air dry at room temperature for 20 mins. ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS soak yoga mat in a bathtub filled with warm water and some white vinegar for 5 mins, the rinse off vinegar solution. Place mat on a dry towel and roll them together, step on the rolled mat and towel to squeeze out any excess water. Unroll mat and allow to air dry. Repeat until you have a sexy yoga body :)
