One of my favorite beach snacks!!!!! 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste) salt to taste 1 box or bag oyster crackers Preheat oven to 250°. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Stir in oyster crackers mix to coat. Pour crackers onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. Cool and add to a covered container.
For the Mix -1 box corn chex 1 bag Pretzels -1 box cheez-it's 1 bag plain bugles -1 small tin peanuts Sauce -1 Cup Olive Oil (maybe a tad more) -1 pkg. ranch dressing -1 Tblsp lemon pepper (you gotta) -1 tsp dill (you gotta) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic Cookie sheets 350 in 5-7 minute increments (stirring in between until dried)

Buttery Garlic Ranch Pretzels (AKA Crack Pretzels): 16 oz. bag Mini Pretzels 4 oz. Orville Redenbacher Buttery Flavor Popcorn Oil 1 oz. package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix (Original) 3 tsp garlic powder Coat pretzels with the oil,toss with dry ingredients. Bake @ 250 for 15-20 min.
Snow day! Paula Dean's crockpot potato soup recipe. Combine 1 bag frozen hash browns, 2 (14oz) cans chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2c chopped onion, 1/3tsp black pepper. Cook in crock pot on low for 5hours. Stir in 8oz block of cream cheese, cook 30 minutes, stir occasionally. (this sounds amazing!!)
Skinny Poolside Dip. Pinner says: I've made this 3 times now! It's a big hit and super easy. 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Mix ingredients together. Serve with crackers or raw veggies.

A nice fall treat, and they Smell so good when baking! Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels: 1 (16 oz) bag pretzel twists, 1/2 cup veg oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon. Preheat oven to 300. Pour pretzels into a roasting pan. Mix together oil, cinnamon and sugar. Pour on pretzels, stir to coat. Bake 30 mins, stirring twice during baking time.

1 can creamed corn, 1 can sweet corn, 1 stick light margarine, 1 cup elbow macaroni, 1 cup velveeta. Dont drain any cans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in crockpot until noodles are done. AMAZING!!
