I like KAMABOKO. Kamaboko is a type of cured surimi, a Japanese processed seafood product, in which various white fish are pureed, combined with additives such as MSG, formed into distinctive loaves, and then steamed until fully cooked and firm. The steamed loaves are then sliced and served unheated (or chilled) with various dipping sauces or sliced and included in various hot soups, one-dish meals, or noodle dishes.

[Tempura] This is one of the well-known Japanese food! Tempura is a fritter-like dish of seafoods, vegetables and mountain vegetables dipped in a flour-and-water batter and deep-fried in vegetable oil. People also enjoy feeling seasons by eating Tempura of seasonal ingredients.

Oden is a Japanese winter dish consisting of several ingredients such as boiled eggs, daikon radish, konnyaku, and processed fish cakes stewed in a light, soy-flavoured dashi broth. Ingredients vary according to region and between each household. Karashi (Japanese mustard) is often used as a condiment.
