Terrific party dessert. Easily make 24-48 single serving Neopolitan cakes. Bake in canning jars, put lids on when you take them out for cooling, and watch them self-seal. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Takes 3 boxes of cake mix (1 for each flavor) use half of each for 24 servings or all for 48 servings. Measurements and details at the link.
