This is true for me. I can't seem to narrow anything down, except for light and a possible barometric pressure problem. But there are more migraines than that, so I keep trying to narrow it down for those also. Bah!

Perfume! Or, anything scented. Fabric softener, air freshener, scented candles. Only essential oils are safe for me.
