Chili Lime Shrimp Cup Appetizer. Big flavor EASY! Won ton wrappers baked ahead (24 hrs). I used a different shrimp marinade for more flavor: ½ c lime juice; 1T fresh minced ginger; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 2 T chopped cilantro; 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper; and 2 T honey. Whisk 1/3 C olive oil thoroughly. Marinate no longer than 4 hrs! Include fresh argula as everybody commented what a kick it gave.
