Strawberry Sorbet ❥ 0.5 kg of ripe strawberries + a few pieces for garnish, 2-3 tablespoons icing sugar (optional), pinch of freshly ground pepper (for the brave). Strawberries with sugar treat blend until smooth.Translate into a container, put in the freezer. After about 30 minutes, remove the sorbet, mix it and then put in the freezer. Repeat this step 3-4 times. Sorbet will be ready in about 3 hours. Sprinkle a little freshly ground pepper. Enjoy!
