Dana Made this for camping. It was a hit! She omitted the nuts because of allergies, added 1 cup pepitas, 2 cups coconut and some m's at the end. She also didn't add the wheat germ or oat bran and added 1 cup flax meal instead.
Coconut Granola - This is my new favorite granola! Now I can finally get my husband to eat granola too - he loves this! Made with coconut oil not butter or veg oil. I would use unsweetened coconut.trying to cut back on sugar.
