Dana Made this for camping. It was a hit! She omitted the nuts because of allergies, added 1 cup pepitas, 2 cups coconut and some m's at the end. She also didn't add the wheat germ or oat bran and added 1 cup flax meal instead.

Overnight Oatmeal Recipe                             Ingredients:  1/2 cups steel cut oats  2 cups water  1/2 tsp. cinnamon  1 teaspoon vanilla extract  1/2 cup raisins  Pure maple syrup for topping  Directions:  1.Combine everything in a small, 1 or 2 quart slow cooker. No larger. (You will need to multiply the recipe for larger slow cookers)  2.Cook on low for 8 hours.

Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal, 3 WW points+ I took out the artificial sweetener, and just left all the naturally sweet things in it that was already in this recipe

HEALTHY BREAKFAST COOKIES  3 mashed bananas  1/3 cup apple sauce  2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats  1/4 cup skim milk  1/2 cup craisons  1/3 cup pecans, chopped  1/3 cup sunflower seeds  1 tsp vanilla  1 T cinnamon  1 T sugar  Mix all ingredients together. Spoon the dough by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.  Leftovers can be frozen.
