    1940 Dodge with Nekker Knob, or Suicide Knob or Spinner on steering wheel.. We called them spinners or Suicide knobs.. ours had a pinup girlie in a bathing suit on it..

    This unbelievably fun car is always a huge crowd favorite.  Marshall Teague drove the original "Fabulous Hudson Hornet" in early NASCAR events. Ivan Zaremba's 1951 Hudson Hornet was created with the help of racing legend Smokey Yunick, who developed the dominant racing Hudsons in the early 1950s.

    This is an iconic advertising image. Painted in 1959, it is still in use today.
