    I think the elves at Grandmas should do this!!! LOVE this!! She painted the kids' noses red while they were sleeping... and set up the elf like this. awesome!! Totally doing this one this year!!

It'd be cute to put "Feagle" in different places around the house every day in December up til Christmas. I'm thinking the kids would love finding him all around the house!

Elf on the Shelf ideas I had heard about this little fella @ the holidays and bought one for my son and daughter-in-law. My grandchildren 2, 4 and 10 had so much fun with him. Every morning, the first thing they would do is race to find him and see what mischief he had gotten into while they slept.
