Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken And Rice - made this the other day, it was good and made a large amount! Still eating left overs. Not much taste, due to my husband not liking onions. Next time will try to think of something else to add in to give more taste!
4 chicken breast at the bottom of crock pot. Pour stove top over chicken. Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours. Fluff and serve. Easy!
