1 lg egg white, 3 c pecan halves, 1T cinnamon, 1/4 c sugar, 2 t vanilla, 1/4 t salt. Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 1. Whisk egg white in a cup. Pour over nuts, stirring until coated. 2. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Add cinnamon sugar mixture to the nuts, a little at a time, while stirring. 3. Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 20 min. Cool. Store in airtight container
