CHIMI CHANGAS! Mix meat with refried beans,onion,bell pepper, cumin, and garlic. Spread cream cheese then meat mixture onto a tortilla. Fold in edges and roll. Spray with cooking spray broil in oven. Flip then spray,broil and enjoy. So many variations with this!! My husband loved these, and so did my 1year old!!
