    Don't skip meals! True. Can also lead to a diet-mentality - that you have to feel hungry to lose weight. For most people this leads to binging or giving up on weight loss. Eat healthy foods when hungry, avoid eating when you're not hungry (I'm talking about those times when you eat just because its there). I eat ALL the time, small healthy snacks.
