Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China's first national park, is located in Zhangjiajie City in northern Hunan Province. The park is noted for its pillar-like formations throughout the park. One, Southern Sky Column, had been officially named Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, after the movie.
