Soak 2 Chk breast in 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp white wine, and 6 cloves minced fresh garlic for 30 to 60 min. Brown 1 cup sliced almonds, then finely chop, cover chicken, and cook in 2 tbsp olive oil until browned on both sides! Yum yum yum!
Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken from Plain Chicken I made this tonight. I would leave the Worcestershire and vinegar out of the marinade next time. Doesn't need it and it kind of cancels out the flavor of the ranch and parmesan cheese. Trust me.
