Fill a half a wine Barrell with flowers and a lantern

Technically I did this last year and reprised it this year. My little container herb garden is thriving this year although I lost my original basil to some mystery issue. I have chives (which are flowering and pretty!), sweet basil, chocolate mint, spearmint, rosemary, sage, & thyme.

Nice pop of color against the old whiskey barrel!

Barrel fountain for the top pond that will waterfall down to a lower one that ends up by the giant backyard chess set. I love the idea of have an old hand pump water spout to start it all.

Jackie how kind of you to respond. I am a retired Antique dealer from Pennsylvania and now live in Phoenix, Az. Travel the country in the summer in a 40ft. R.V. For those that have an abundance of peanut fillers, you can take them to Fed Ex or UPS station and they will re use them. Also your choice of plants looks fantastic.

This conversation is two years old but what a wonderful read. How refreshing to see kind comments and a possible friendship "blossom" from a comments section. Thanks.
