    English version: Strawberry tiramisu Type of recipe: Dessert strawberry tiramisu Ingredients 500 g of strawberries 4 tbsp icing sugar, sifted 100ml cream 250g mascarpone, beaten 1 package ladyfingers (Forest) strawberry liqueur Instructions Puree 300g strawberries 200g strawberries and cut into slices. Transfer the puree to taste with 2½ tablespoons icing sugar. Whip the cream with the rest of the icing sugar. Stir in ½ cup strawberry puree with mascarpone and fold the whipped cream is lightly by. Place in a small rectangular bowl (not metal) a bottom with long fingers and sprinkle with liqueur. Divide half of the strawberries over the ladyfingers, scoop half of the strawberry cream on it and smooth the top. Arrange this again ladyfingers, drizzle with liqueur, divide the rest of the strawberries on top and iron the rest of the cream over it. Let the dessert at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Donate to serve the rest of the strawberries sauce and garnish with one leaf lemon balm.
