Beef Kabobs: 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp apple-cider vinegar, 2 small onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 3 tbsp chopped candied ginger, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 3 lb rump roast or sirloin-tip roast, cut into 2-x-2-x-1/2 -inch pieces, 2 large green bell peppers, cut into chunks, 1 large sweet onion, cut into chunks.
Grilled Scallops Heat grill to high. Soak five 10-inch bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes. Season 2 pounds of large sea scallops with salt and pepper and thread on skewers. Grease grill grates, brush the scallops with Maya Kaimal's Mango Chili Glaze, and cook until grill marks form, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, brush again with glaze, and serve.
