      Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Abigail's Results: I was looking for a new veggie side to amp up my menu planning and I came across this recipe. This was such an easy side dish to throw together and the sprouts are crispy and delicious. I used a bag of pre-washed sprouts and eyeballed the oil and balsamic. If you're looking for a new veggie, this is a great one to try!

      This is officially the only way I will eat brussel sprouts now!! Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts 375 oven... cut sprouts in half... olive oil, salt and pepper and about 2T balsamic vinegar. Cut side down on baking sheet - 15 min in oven, flip and 15 min more.

      Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe Preheat oven to 375° - cut the sprout in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl and add enough olive oil to lightly coat them – Now sprinkle with the sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper – Now add a balsamic vinegar – about the same amount as the olive oil. Toss this all together well and place on a non-greased baking sheet cut side down. Place in oven and roast 15 minutes. Turn and cook for another 15 minutes
