200 Gramm getrocknete Tortellini mit Käsefüllung (oder 400 g frische Tortellini) 250 Gramm Kirschtomaten
1 orange Paprikaschote 1 Dose Artischockenherzen (Abtropfgewicht 240g)
½ Bund Basilikum 1 EL weißer Balsamessig
4 EL Olivenöl 1 Knoblauchzehe
Salz frisch gemahlener Pfeffer
40 Gramm schwarze Oliven (ohne Stein) 25 Gramm Parmesan im Stück
