Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin Foolproof technique: rub with olive oil, season to taste and place in baking dish in preheated 500 degree| bake 15 min, then turn off oven and let it rest at least 30 min. Tender, easy, and delicious! Plain Chicken
Made this last night…was the best pork that we have ever eaten. So juicy and perfect!! Served with some mashed potatoes. I would highly recommend. Perfect and no changes were made accept that we had to cook for longer but most likely due to a thicker cut.
Lori's Beef Tenderloin was soooo good but you know me, I need a recipe to follow. I found this one on the Pioneer Woman's website that even gave me directions on how to prepare it for roasting ( who knew you had to remove that thin membrane thing!?)
