      Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili' recipe. Love the concept but need to lighten it up for my Shrinking Meal Plan service. You layer all the chili ingredients in the slow cooker and put whole chicken breasts on top. Simply shred chicken and serve. Great idea

      MY FAVORITE 'Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili' recipe.This chicken chili is so delicious, full of flavor, and super simple to boot! Just combine a bunch of basic ingredients, including kidney and black beans, chopped peppers, corn, tomatoes and spices, then top it all with whole chicken breasts, set it and forget it.

      Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili by Georgia Johnson...12/11/13...in the crockpot and ready to eat soon...I substituted pinto beans and left out the kidney beans...could try chili beans instead also...it was very good, as were all the taco soups/chilies I've tried...I wouldn't mind it saucier, but it is a chili, not a soup...no cilantro on hand...served with grated cheese, sour cream and crushed up tortilla chips.
