love these Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes - they were SO easy to make - mix up the wet ingredients, add the dry, mix together, then bake for 20 minutes. The funny thing is, they looked kind of blah when I put them in the fridge to completely chill, as directed, but they tasted absolutely scrumptious with a dollop of whipped cream or cream cheese frosting. I really liked that there was a link on the website on how to make your own pumpkin pie spice from scratch too, just in case. Keeper! :)

made these pumpkin donut holes (and full size muffins!) they went over at church VERY well. I made a few normal size muffins with this recipe and dipped the tops in the cinnamon sugar. so yummy!
