"OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
I made these last night and they were crazy good! To shred the chicken put 6 boneless skinless thighs in the crock pot on low with 2 cups of chicken broth for about 5 hours and then shred with a fork. Use broth from crock pot to make sauce.
Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter, pepper - Wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300. I use this method all the time and it is delicious - moist and fragrant. Sometimes I switch up the lemon slices for oranges or limes...smack, smack :oP
