This is something I have learned on my journey! You can't just go on a diet, and exercise cannot be something you do just because you want to lose weight. You have to make lifestyle changes!!! I am down to my goal size/weight, but there is always room for improvement in tone. Not to mention, if I just went back to my old lifestyle, I will balloon back up to 200 lbs. To maintain my results, I must exercise and eat healthy the rest of my life!!
