We are excited to provide Mobile Disc Golf Experiences at music festivals and events up and down the East Coast. We setup a 3-6 hole temporary course with a vending hub where we provide patrons with free disc golf rentals to play the course. Get in touch with us today if you'd like us to provide this service at your next event! #discgolf #mobilediscgolfexperience
Explore Disc Golf is proud to offer a variety of equipment rentals! From discs and baskets to the package deal of Mobile Disc Golf Experiences --- we believe that you can "try it before you buy it" to see if disc golf works at your location. Our Mobile Disc Golf Experiences have been in high demand at multiple events as we design, install and remove a 3-9 hole course and provide disc golf education and free disc rentals to patrons.
Explore Disc Golf is a proud member of Disc Golf Course Designers. Providing a constant flow of information, the group is a terrific resource for us to continue moving ahead with progressive (and safe!) design techniques and site planning.
The Explore Disc Golf Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that aids disc golf growth and course development through a variety of educational outlets, sponsorships, grants, donations and direct services!
Highly trained within the fields of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning, Explore Disc Golf is a full-service disc golf design-build firm with a focus on using the disc golf course as a framework to educate the public about the sport and the restorative benefits of nature.
In addition to our main services, Explore Disc Golf has a fully functional online store where you can pick up items from our apparel line. Customize our hats with your own name in embroidery, pick up a t-shirt or take home an EDG stool to relax in style on the course!
This video comes from our recent site visit at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center in Carrabassett Valley, ME. Explore Disc Golf is constantly striving to connect significant on-site features through disc golf design as the sport is one of the best ways to move users throughout the entire landscape, all the while fitting in amicably with existing outdoor uses.
Our website (www.explorediscgolf.com) is now live! Head on over to familiarize yourself with our services and projects, and don't forget to check out our online store (www.shop.explorediscgolf.com) to see if anything strikes your fancy!
Co-founder of Explore Disc Golf, Brian Giggey, has a deep passion for music and Landscape Architecture. His Master's project was entitled "The Soundscape Planning of Mountain Park in Holyoke, MA." As the amphitheater is still in it's temporary stages, Brian continues to work with the property owner to help this historic relic become a fully functional concert venue.
Both owners of Explore Disc Golf graduated from UMass Amherst with degrees in Landscape Architecture. Zeena Hutchinson graduated with her Bachelor's degree in May 2009, while Brian Giggey graduated with his Master's degree in 2010.
