To start this Phase of your training, you must click on the "Start This Phase" button. Goal: Total Body Wake Up Call! The goal in phase one is to speed up your metabolism and stimulate your dormant muscles by shocking them with different types of workouts. This phase prevents injury and guarantees safety before entering more advanced phases. What To Expect During Phase 1:During this phase you should be training at least 3-5 days each week (total beginners I recommend 3-4 days, and if you feel you can take it up a notch, try for 4-5). Remember, this program is designed to achieve your health and fitness goals. Sometimes, this means getting out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself. You know your body and you know your limits; take it easy when you have to but don’t be afraid to push yourself! Below is your schedule for Phase One. You can take your rest days when needed as long as you train 3-5 days each week. Again, if you are a total beginner or not feeling great at the end, repeat the whole cycle, starting over with Day 1, until you feel strong and ready to move on. However, after a maximum of 6 weeks on this program you will need to change it up or risk hitting a plateau. Are you ready???
