Restaurant Style Salsa

Great homemade Salsa: 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 litle can of diced green chilis 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped 1 clove of garlic minced or garlic powder 3-4 whole green onion (stem included) chopped up Couple shakes of red pepper flakes 1 tsp of salt (I usually add a little more...I like salty) Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes. Delicious!

Asiago, Bacon, and Garlic Roasted Asparagus

Asiago Cheese, Bacon, and Garlic Roasted Asparagus - THE BEST WAY to cook asparagus - always crunchy and crispy and not overcooked! Healthy, gluten free recipe. Perfect side dish or breakfast (along with scrambled or poached eggs).

If you wrap your celery in tin foil before placing it in the fridge it will last for weeks, and it will still be fresh and crisp when you pull it out! This also works for stored broccoli for 7 weeks wrapped in tin foil, and heads of lettuce for at least 6 weeks!!!

Loaded Fried Mashed Potatoes

Yum!! Cheat-Sunday tomorrow - here I come!! I might bake these though, not fry them....it may be cheat-day, but I can still do it in a healthier way.
