    Tomato Grits: 2c water,1.25c milk,1t salt, 1c quick cook grits,1/2T butter, 1/3 diced green onions, 6oz garlic cheese roll, 2.5c shredded cheddar, 10oz can Rotel, 2 eggs, beaten. Boil water & milk. Add salt. Slowly add grits. Boil stirring constantly 1min. Reduce heat, cover & cook 3mins. Stir in butter. Cover & cook 3-5mins. Remove from heat. Saute onions 1min. Stir in garlic cheese, 1/2c cheddar, onions to grits. Add Rotel. Stir in eggs. Pour into greased dish. Bake 350 40mins. Top w/cheddar.
