Onion Dip: Melt 1 tbsp butter w/ 1 tbsp olive oil in pan. Add 1 thinly sliced onion. Cook 20 min. med-low heat. Stir often until onions mostly browned. Remove from heat. Mix w/ 2 tbsp cider or white wine vinegar. Add to food processor w/ 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp stone ground or Dijon mustard, 1 c. sour cream. Pulse until well combined. Season w/ salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate.
