Borrowed from the teachers: At a chapter workshop, begin with giving everyone PostIts. Have five questions about the topic around the room (What do you hope to learn about conversation? What do you enjoy about recruitment? etc.) Let your sisters use the icebreker to participate and don't forget to make sure all the questions were answered at the end!

First week questions... Maybe I would do this with sticky notes, but I think I'd go the less creative route and use papers so I can archive my student's responses. I like how this activity is less grade-specific and more generic.

Perfect Teacher Idea! First day project: Friend Tree. Everyone puts their thumb print on the tree then teacher later frames it and hangs it as a reminder that we are all friends.
