Salisbury Steak: 2 Pounds ground beef, 1 Pack onion mushroom soup, 1/2 Cup crushed saltine crackers, 1 egg, 1/4 Cup milk, 2 Tbsp oil, 1/4 Cup flour, 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 Pack brown gravy mix. combine everything except brow gravy and soup, shape into patties. place in crockpot (overlapping is fine) mix gravy and soup and pour over patties. low for 4 to 6 hours.

I had to cut the recipe in half since I only had 1lb of ground turkey but it still made a fair sized loaf!! I added worstershire(spelling???) sauce and a splash of pickle juice to the sauce it thin it out a bit! SOO SOO GOOD!! WILL make this again!
