Gluten-Free Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp-Crumble (with quinoa flakes). Vegan. @ Gluten-Free Goddess® I may have to try this for dessert this spring. Terry and I stay away from carbs and white flour, but quinoa is actually a grain high in fiber and protein. Yeah!
