This is the drop 10 workout; I am on day 2 and...Yawn...Yawn...Did I say...Yawn? Not sure how I will break any plateau with this. At first I thought this was one of those radical weight loss pins but it's not. It actually has some good, practical advice. A Month Without....I'm doing this with a slight spin...I'm doing No Alcohol in January, moving everything down a month until I get to biscuits and gravy and I'm grouping that with another month. So starting Dec 1st, no fast food for me (which I consider to be anything with a drive thru window). Let's see if I can keep this up!!!!!
NOTE: I am not pinning this because I think it's a good idea. I'm pinning this because it's stupid. If you stop drinking alcohol for one month, then just start drinking again and cut out fast food, etc, how would that get you bikini ready by June? You're only cutting out each thing for one month.. Or...do you cut that thing out and continue to leave it out until June? THAT might work. Idk. Whatever.
