More jumpin jacks fo me I keep seeing this, and the math makes no sense. If every two jumping jacks burn 1 calorie, than 1000 jumping jacks would burn 500 calories. Not 3500. Not a pound of weight. However, jumping jacks are still awesome. Easy to do and get your heart rate up quickly.
1000 jumping jacks every day for a week = one pound gone! now THAT is a work out i can fit into my mother of four crazy life.

Ok, So I have read this again and again and it is wrong!!! Doing 1000 jumping jacks would burn 500 cal which is 3000 cal less than that 1lb. You would need to do 7,000 jumping jacks to burn off 1 pound. Which means you are doing 10 sets of 1000 jumping jacks a week. Not 10 sets of 100.
